The name Homestead comes from the Homestead act of 1862 were settlers staked claim and ownership to property with flags. This concept is part of our identity and is the sentiment by which we operate. We want our residents to feel their home is truly their own.

We take pride in our jobs, our properties, and more importantly the trust our residents place in us by choosing to live here. Homestead Rental Properties LLC had its beginnings in 1993. Over the past 12 years we have evolved from a small number of apartments into a vast network of properties that reach throughout Central Kentucky and are continually expanding throughout the region.
The passion and commitment of two college roommates has grown into an organization dedicated to excellence. Starting with quality construction, superior maintenance and a dedicated staff, Homestead has steadily developed into one of the most well managed property companies in the Southeast. Our property management company has continually increased the number of units it manages as well as expanded the services provided to our residents for over a decade.
We continue to grow our network of communities by building 150-200 new apartment homes each year. We focus our construction on thriving medium size cities and remain dedicated to provide residents with lifestyles that are mostly found in bigger city developments.
Last, but certainly not least we are expanding in our ability to be more than a property management company but a community and network of services and amenities that benefit and simplify the lives of our most valuable asset our residents!
